I’ve said before that the quality of your cup of coffee is directly influenced by the green coffee you use. If you are lucky enough to have a coffee roastery close by, stop by and ask them if they will sell you some green beans. You’ll also meet some folks who enjoy doing the same thing you do…..roasting coffee. Green coffee beans are also available from several websites.
